Michael Pascavage, AIA, LEED AP

Mike Pascavage has more than 30 years of experience and proven success in the full spectrum of the real estate design and development process from project conception and strategy through acquisitions, entitlements, complete A/E design coordination, construction and final project delivery.

Mike is a registered architect and has previously served as Principal with ADD Inc. Architects, Chairman of Cummings Properties, and launched the commercial development effort of Skanska in Boston, before founding Design & Development Solutions, LLC. Mike has designed and built more than 5 million square-feet of new construction and rehab projects, in a variety of type, scope and scale. His portfolio encompasses commercial projects including office, life science/R&D, medical and institutional, as well as residential projects including condominium and assisted living facilities.
